I totally agree to this. Everytime i try to bring this point across all that is being asked is go contribue some money. I have contributed money before and i will contribute lot more if i know what it is getting used for.
There are several of my friends who are not actively looking at IV site. I am sure they will contribute money if they know the initiative IV is currently working on.
Unfortunately, we will never know the daily or weekly details. If you see three bills introduced in a year like you saw last year, then it is the result of lobbying effort. IV core has periodic meetings with lobbying firm and all your money goes into that. Plus several trips to DC by IV leadership, to represent YOU and ME.

I agree, UAE is great place for tax-free money and paid vacations upto 2 months in some cases. I've a british colleague who worked in UAE for 8 years, he says that there are lots of restrictions.

The alien will be granted a period of fifteen days from the date of service of the notice within which to submit countervailing evidence. (c) Automatic termination of temporary employment authorization granted prior to June 1, 1987. (1) Temporary employment authorization granted prior to June 1, 1987, pursuant to 8 CFR 274a.12(c) (�109.1(b) contained in the 8 CFR edition revised as of January 1, 1987), shall automatically terminate on the date specified by the Service on the document issued to the alien, or on December 31, 1996, whichever is earlier. I don't know what to tell you guys.. I'm surprised to see how some people's thought process work.
I have no Idea what's wrong in requesting USCIS to release some data which would tell how many applications they received of which chargeability and in which EB categories’ This is the only information needed to stop predicting, everybody here can make almost exact estimate when they can expect their application Adjudicated. And also in the mean time they should provide us assurance that they will issue EADs and APs in less than 90 days. We are in a foreign country and we need to travel to our home countries, if we are stuck with 1 year approvals our file is always in process, how do you plan a trip ???
Death in the family is the only reason they recognize as urgency for travel.
We are Humans, we have family back in our home countries, marriage in the family or family visit is also urgent..
To ask this you don’t need citizen rights you are asking a public agency a service which they are supposed to provide and they are charging us to do that...
