Hello Gurus ,
I am looking for H1 Transfer with 4 months left in H1 six year limit .I lost my job 10 days back.I have approved I-140 but its has not been six months yet after approval .I have not yet filed 485 .
Will I qualify for 3 year H1 extension based on my approved I-140 .?

Does the published cumulative demand data represent
a) all pending 485 cases that include primary applicants and their dependents
OR
b) all pending 485 cases that include primary applicants only?
If say, the demand data for EB3, till 2004 says 35,000 - does this mean there are a total of 35,000 pending cases in total OR does this represent primary applicants only?
If it represents primary applicants only, what is the multiplication factor we need to use to get an approximate number for total pending 485 cases?

No, you only pay the visa application fees. India has a visa agreement with US so issuance fee is no longer required. You should check the US consulate website for more details.

Get a job ASAP - when ur 485 is being adjudicated - they will ask for job proof and it would be good to have as many paystubs.

Hi,
I have applied for H1B extension for 3 years based on my I 140 approval. I have submitted all relevant documentation except for client letter.
My current H1 expires in Oct and we are expecting our baby in October as well. I would like to know what would be my options in case my H1 extension in denied. I cannot leave with the new born atleast untill december (need time to get passport n visa for the baby) and I wouldn't want to get into any legal issues like staying in US n not being in status.
Looking forward to your advice and suggestions

Is it possible to change employer when you are in the 7th year of H1B ?

Bill Clinton was in Cisco Campus last week in connection with some strategic meeting for Cisco, which they have it yearly at Monterey, CA. Clinton has made it clear to its employees, they come first in line in respect to immigration/Green Cards. Rest follow. So it may be a good idea if followed up with Bill. He supports Tech Industry. Apparently, employees have access to this info via Video On Demand internally.
Bill Clinton was a special invitee at Cisco. Would it be a good idea to connect with Clinton to seek support ? Perhaps too late ? Vinod Khosla and Bill are extremely close.
